your sleeping arrangements? Call Majestic RV, we can assist you! |

Call Us -
make sure the RV you want is available for your travel dates. By
the way, do you need a bike rack, car dolly or maybe some bed
linens & blankets? Don't forget that Majestic RV provides you with
a TV, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Towels & Wash Cloths along with all
your Pots and Pans and Dishes for free! |

Reserve the RV
- reserving with a deposit guarantees your rental rate and ensures
that your vehicle type & size will be reserved for you. With
Majestic RV you can reserve a particular motorhome or trailer when
you also reserve a VIP or Gold package. We will send you a
confirmation detailing your estimated rental expense. |

6. |
Call Us -
call us the day before you pickup your RV, we will schedule your
appointment with you. When you arrive at Majestic RV, bring along
your reservation confirmation and proof of insurance (if you don't
need our insurance). Please allow at least an hour to do the
paperwork and orientate you with your RV, then HAPPY TRAILS!

RESERVATION
DEPOSITS:
• Motorhomes: $500.00 •
Travel Trailers: $300.00 • Tent Trailers: $150.00

NOTES: Pickup
time is between 2 - 4 PM, drop off time by 11:00 AM. No rental
pickup or drop off on weekends or holidays. Renter must be 25
years of age or older with a valid drivers license and be present
at the time of departure.
Motorhomes:
3 day minimum, 7 days minimum June 15th through August 15th.
Travel Trailers: 4 Day Minimum.
Summer and Prime Season Only.
OFF SEASON RATES:
September 14th to April 30th.
INSURANCE:
NO INSURANCE
CHARGES - FREE
Motorhomes: Majestic RV provides free of charge, statutory
automobile insurance against third party claims for the protection
of the renter or authorized drivers. In the event of loss or
damage, the renter is responsible for the deductible ($2,000) per
incident. However, you may purchase a Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW), that will reduce the damage deposit to $500.00 and will
reduce your Collision Damage deductible to Zero ($0.00) per
incident for $24.95 per day, subject to limitations, minimum charge
for this is $174.65. Without the purchase of a CDW, Majestic RV
requires a total of 2,000.00 dollars refundable damage deposit.
Residents of Minnesota; If you have a
personal automobile policy, your policy may cover the rental of
the motorhome. To use your personal policy please bring valid
proof of automobile insurance coverage at the time of departure.
This will reduce the required refundable damage deposit to
$500.00.Out of state customers or customers
without a personal automobile policy that automatically covers
them, please bring an Insurance Binder detailing that the
Motorhome is insured by you. Both cases reduces the required
refundable security deposit to $500.00.
