Is there a Market for RV Rentals?
Absolutely, RVing is proving to be an economical way for families to take vacations at the same time allowing for flexibility of plans and seeing more of the sights. In fact, in the months of June, July, and August we are normally sold out and turn down 90% of the incoming calls! This puts a considerable demand on RV rental companies for more Motorhomes.

Can I use the Motorhome myself?
YES! As the owner of the RV, you have unlimited access to your vehicle. You own the vehicle, we work for you!

What about income?
Majestic RV has two comprehensive management plans to choose from. In both the Diamond & Diamond Plus plans, you own the business, we manage the vehicle for you on a commission basis.

Can I get rich in either of these programs?
NO, however both of these programs do provide you the ability to own a Motorhome while others assist you in paying for it. There are many fringe benefits to these programs like monthly cash flow from the RV rentals. Free storage of your RV when not in use. Multiple vehicle insurance discounts. Absolutely no hassles for you the owner. We do all the work, no labor, no paperwork. Multiple tax advantages including deductions for incurred expense for the operation of the vehicle along with the interest paid on the bank loan and substantial depreciation of the vehicle itself. Of course each owner should investigate this on an individual basis.

Okay, with the "Commission Program", how much could I expect a year?
Realistically, the average class "C" Motorhome will gross approximately $17,000 per year. That's about 90 rental days per year with extra paid mileage. As your management agent, we receive a percentage of the gross rentals, you get the rest. It's as simple as that! The percentage rate depends upon the management program you choose. To answer the question, let's assume you have selected the most popular program for your RV, the Diamond Program. After all expenses including the RV payment, insurance and management commission, you can expect around $4,511 dollars profit each year. That's an average of $376.00 per month profit above and beyond all expenses!

With the average RV down payment of 10%, you can recoup your down payment in the 1st year, plus capture all the fringe benefits like Tax savings, free vacations while someone else helps you pay for the RV!

What is Majestic RV's role?
Majestic RV provides two full service programs.

Majestic RV's Diamond program is our basic management program. This program provides you with 60% of the Gross Rentals! Listed here is a partial listing of the Diamond Program, please refer to our Management contract for specific details.

Majestic RV's Diamond Plus program provides you with 50% of the Gross Rentals with a minimum guarantee of $6,000 Rental Income per year at the same time, supplying you with everything in the standard Diamond Program along with free replacement of wear items & material and protecting you against unexpected expenses and repairs. (please refer to our management contract for complete details)

What happens after?
The management program term is up to 3 years. After 3 years your vehicle will have higher than normal mileage but, your vehicle will have been professionally maintained with records and in excellent condition. Your Motorhome investment will hold it's value! You can keep your RV or Majestic RV will help you sell it! After the management period, you can cash in on your investment or "trade up" for a new vehicle using the equity built in to the original!
